1. No data collection

This site has no accounts, no forms, and no server that receives your files. Every page is prerendered static HTML. gopdfrab itself is a Go library you import into your own program — it processes documents locally and has no network calls of its own.

2. Documents you open in the browser tools

The PDF/A validator and the PDF to PDF/A converter accept a document from you. That document is never uploaded. It is read into memory in your own browser, handed to the gopdfrab WebAssembly build running in a Web Worker on the same page, and processed there. There is no upload endpoint to receive it — the site is static hosting, and the only network request the tools make is downloading the WebAssembly binary itself.

Nothing about the document is transmitted, stored or logged: not the file, not its contents, not its name, and not the validation result. A converted file is offered to you as a download generated inside the browser. Everything is discarded when you close or reload the page.

3. Hosting

The site is served from Cloudflare Pages. Standard request metadata (such as IP address and browser version) may be logged by Cloudflare for security and DDoS protection purposes. That applies to page and asset requests only — since documents are never sent to the server, they cannot appear in those logs.

4. No tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

5. Local storage

The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark color mode preference, kept locally so it persists across visits.
